A note from the owner

Founder & Lead Warranty Administrator

I spent fifteen years inside RV service departments watching good dealerships write off warranty money they had already earned. Claims sat because nobody had the hours. Shortages were never appealed. Audits arrived with missing photos. We built this company to be the department that never gets pulled away — the one that submits every day, appeals every shortage, and hands you documentation an auditor can't argue with.

Centralized Warranty Management Group

RV warranty administration questions, answered

What is RV warranty administration?

RV warranty administration is the end-to-end handling of a dealership's warranty claims: reviewing repair orders, verifying concern-cause-correction documentation, submitting claims to each manufacturer's portal, tracking approvals, and recovering shortages or denials. Centralized Warranty Management Group performs this work as an outsourced service so the dealership's service department can stay focused on the customer.

How does outsourced RV warranty claims processing work?

Your DMS work orders are shared with our administrators each day. We convert them into complete warranty claims, submit them to the manufacturer within one business day, monitor status, and resubmit anything that is short-paid or denied. Dealerships receive a weekly recovery report showing outstanding, approved, and paid claims.

Which DMS systems do you support?

We work with IDS, Lightspeed, Motility, PPS, and most other RV dealership management systems. Work orders can be shared as exports, PDFs, or direct portal access.

How quickly can a dealership start?

Most dealerships are onboarded within five business days. Onboarding includes manufacturer portal access, a review of aged warranty A/R, and a documentation baseline for audit readiness.

Do you help with warranty audits?

Yes. We maintain audit-ready documentation on every claim and provide pre-audit checklists, document retention guidance, and on-site or virtual training for service staff.
