About us

The warranty department that never gets pulled away

We are not a call center and we are not software. We are warranty administrators who came out of RV service departments and now file, appeal, and document claims for dealerships full time.

Why we exist

Warranty is the only department in an RV dealership that is expected to run on leftover hours. The clerk is also the cashier. The service manager is also the appeals writer. When the shop gets busy, claims stop moving — and the money the store already earned quietly ages into a write-off.

We built Centralized Warranty Management Group to take that work off the store entirely. Every repair order is reviewed, corrected, and filed the same business day. Every short-pay is appealed with documentation. Every claim leaves behind a file an auditor can read three years later.

The result is a service department that keeps its hours and a warranty line that actually collects.

How we work

Daily, not weekly

Claims are submitted every business day. Nothing sits in a pile waiting for a slow afternoon.

Appeal everything

A short-pay is not a decision, it is an opening offer. We rebut with the documentation the manufacturer asked for.

Document for the audit

Every claim is built as if it will be audited, because eventually some of them are.

Teach the store

We tell your advisors exactly why a claim was denied so the same claim is not written the same way next month.

How onboarding works

  1. 1

    Warranty review

We look at your aged warranty A/R, your first-pass approval rate, and how your repair orders are written today.

  2. 2

    Access and setup

Manufacturer portal access, DMS export or PDF handoff, and a documentation baseline for your store.

  3. 3

    First submissions

We begin filing daily, usually inside five business days of the kickoff call.

  4. 4

    Recovery and reporting

Aged claims are worked in parallel with new ones, and you get a weekly outstanding, approved, and paid report.
